Can you improve my current website instead of rebuilding it?
Yes. Send us the address and we’ll take a look. Changes to the wording, layout or speed might be all it needs.
How long does a website take?
It depends on the size of the site and whether your content is ready. We’ll agree a timeframe with you before starting.
Do the monthly plans include SEO?
Yes. Every plan includes page titles, search descriptions and a structure search engines can read. We can discuss ongoing content work separately.
What happens after I request a quote?
We’ll read your enquiry, look at your current site if you have one, and reply with suggestions and a price. We can arrange a call to talk it through.
What’s included in the monthly plans?
Every plan includes design, hosting, SSL, email accounts and website updates. Personal is £39.99/month for 1–2 pages, Business is £89.99 for 3–4, Studio is £129.99 for 5–8, and Pro is £179.99 for up to 14. Enterprise is £279.99 for unlimited pages, online booking and live chat. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
Can customers book through my website?
Yes. We can add a calendar so customers choose from your available times and book online. It’s included with Enterprise or £34.99/month on other plans. Live chat is also included with Enterprise, or £24.99/month separately. We’ll agree the setup with you.
Are hosting and SSL included?
Yes, both are included in every monthly plan, along with the email accounts and yearly updates listed for that plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can move between plans as your needs change. There’s no long-term lock-in.
Do you only work with local businesses?
No. We’re based in Dorset and work with businesses across the UK. We can handle the project over email and calls.
How do I book a call?
Choose a time on the contact page. Calls last 15 minutes, which gives us time to discuss what you need and answer your questions.
What do the yearly updates cover?
Changes to wording, pages, images and small layout adjustments. Personal includes 2 updates a year, Business 6, Studio 8, Pro 12 and Enterprise 24. Extra support is available at £14.99/person/month.
Are email accounts included?
Yes. Personal includes 1 email account, Business up to 3, Studio up to 6, Pro up to 12, and Enterprise up to 50.
What is the free homepage audit?
Send us your website address and tell us what you’re unhappy with. We’ll look through the homepage and reply with what we’d change. It’s free, and you don’t have to take it any further.
